   Position created to build out human resource function for the organization. Company currently comprised of approximately 400 full, part-time, and seasonal employees with over 60 owned and managed properties. Human Resource team consists of Director of Training & Development, Manager, Total Reward and Compliance, and Talent Acquisition Specialist.• Responsible for all aspects of the human resource function.• Built 1,2, and 3-year strategic plan for human resources and contributed to business strategic plan.• Implemented new applicant tracking software (ATS) within first four (4) months. • Hired a record number of new employees in 2022, increasing overall headcount by 13%.• Established KPI’s for department including training hours per employee, days to fill vacancies, turnover, employee engagement, etc. Report on results monthly to Executive Leadership.
