Beth Moskow-Schnoll is a member of Ballard Spahr’s White Collar/Investigations Group and the Managing Partner of Ballard Spahr\'s Delaware office. She concentrates her practice on both white collar and civil litigation matters, with a focus on the health care and financial services industries. Among other matters, she represents financial institutions and other entities subject to administrative, civil and/or criminal enforcement actions as a result of alleged Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC violations. She also has represented clinical laboratories, physicians, pharma and health care executives and pharma sales reps and managers in investigations related to allegations of off-label marketing, Anti-Kickback Act violations, and regulatory and reporting issues. Ms. Moskow-Schnoll has advised and counseled clients on compliance programs and in responding to government investigative and enforcement actions in the financial, health care and defense industries. She has experience with export commodity classifications, jurisdiction requests, and preparation of license applications for submission to the Office of Foreign Asset Control, and has provided day-to-day counseling on licensing requirements and strategy. In the civil arena, Ms. Moskow-Schnoll represents major financial institutions, bringing actions against fraudulent debt relief companies and defending against consumer financial services lawsuits asserting a wide variety of claims.
