As Director of Laboratory Support Services, I am accountable for leading 20+ employees across 5 departments (Test Materials Management, Biospecimen Management, Clinical Kitting Services, Metrology and Computer Systems Validation, and Laboratory Operations Support) to support on-site programs and studies.
