1. Senior Manager of Education Content, Cnd & American Crew

   Work with the Education team to keep content up to date for CND and American Crew educators. This includes course modules, encyclopedia chapters, product profiles, step-by-steps, and FAQs. My team works to create interactive and inventive content that serves the beauty professional. We create video assets, guidebooks, and flip books that reinforce brand education and inspire those learning from our educators. In addition, I work with our partners in the media to execute a global nail competition. World\'s Star Nail Artist is CND\'s initiative for finding the next big name in the nail industry and fostering that new talent. The competition also has a philanthropic component, offering mentorship and scholarship opportunities. I am working to not just grow this program, but strengthen its partnerships with nail brands, non-profits, the media, and the nail professional.
