As National Director, Managed Care for AmerisourceBergen\'s Elevate Provider Network, I am responsible for implementing value-driven solutions to assist community pharmacies in the managed care market in order to help businesses become more productive and profitable. With more than 45 years of experience in the retail pharmacy industry, I have been responsible for the development, sales, implementation and support of innovative pharmacy programs. I have extensive experience in third party claims contracting, billing and reconciliation.I am an active member of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), and the National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA). I’m highly engaged at the National and State level, continually advocating for issues important to Independent Pharmacy to help protect and defend their future.In my spare time, I love gardening, riding horses, and playing with my beautiful grandchildren. When I take a vacation it will always be someplace warm, tropical, with a beautiful beach, an umbrella drink and my trusted sidekick Dr C.
