I currently work as an Insourcing Account Manager at Langley Clark Insourcing, a leading healthcare solutions provider specialising in insourcing services.In my current role, I am responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of NHS Trusts across the UK, providing them with tailored and cost-effective insourcing solutions that improve patient outcomes and experiences. I work closely with expert teams of specialists, consultants, and nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to deliver exceptional care. I also liaise with key stakeholders and decision-makers, building strong and lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I have successfully secured and delivered multiple contracts, ranging from Urology to Dermatology, generating significant revenue and value for both Langley Clark Insourcing and the NHS Trusts.
