About Beth Latour
Beth Latour is the Vice President of Estimating and PreConstruction for GTL Construction. She oversees the department which currently operates out of their White Plains NY location. Her experience in the fields of construction, architecture and interior design provide clients with a uniquely qualified approach in executing their construction and real estate development objectives. Previously, Beth was the VP of Estimating with Elysium Construction and a Sr. Estimator with JRM Construction Management. She is also the owner of Wild Horse Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm with holdings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to her time at Elysium and JRM, Beth served as Chief Estimator, Director of Project Administration and ultimately as Vice President for The Holder Group, a commercial construction management firm in northern NJ. In that role, she supervised all administrative, project management and estimating responsibilities. Beth was the catalyst in the company’s push toward larger Construction Management and Design/Build projects, using her design capabilities and Architectural experience to assist clients during the early stages of their projects. Beth began her career in the architectural field garnering a number of skills including the preparation of construction documents, planning and zoning board submittals, finish selections, tenant space programming and construction administration, providing a solid foundation for her eventual shift toward construction.
