After a rewarding career in Human Resources at a number of premiere Companies, I decided to redirect my life with a focus on my passion centered around functional fitness and wellness. I am a certified personal fitness trainer through NASM and Pilates Instructor having completed a comprehensive Pilates certification program in June, 2018.
