I\'ve enjoyed a fun and interesting career, working for lots of different food & drink businesses. This means I\'ve got broad experience across all Commercial aspects of branded and private label organisations, gained across retail, food service and convenience sectors in both UK and International business. I aim to be a value led and empathetic leader.The highlights of my career to date are the times I’ve created the vision and shaped the strategy. This has been most successful when I’ve felt passionate about the products and services I’ve worked with. Examples include healthy breakfast cereals to sugar-free soft drinks and then later working with speciality coffee where climate, farmer’s rights and recycling topics dominate the landscape. I\'m a highly motivated team player and I\'m most passionate when working towards a common, purpose-led goal.
