Duke of Edinburgh Assessor @The Duke of Edinburgh's Award

I am currently volunteering with the Duke of Edinburgh\'s Award as a Leader and have just qualified as an Assessor. I successfully completed the Duke of Edinburgh\'s Award at Bronze, Silver and Gold Level. I have now returned as a leader to help young people complete their own award. I am responsible for leading, guiding and supporting young people in preparation for and on expeditions. I have the ability to agree their programme choices and sign off young people’s sections and approve their eDofE evidence. I have recently qualified as a DofE Assessor. I have just assessed a group of 16 Bronze participants on their expedition through the Yorkshire Dales. I initiated a pre-amble chat, remotely supervised them and debriefed the team after completion. I am in the process of writing their reports. This is a volunteering role that I am doing this alongside my current job at ITV.
