Co-developed a culturally responsive ELA curriculum (using UBD framework) for 12th grade General Education students, English Language Learners and students with Individual Education Programs.Continuously plan, revise, differentiate, scaffold, and execute daily lesson plans based on units from my co-created curriculum. Lesson plans include student choice, inquiry, and engaging discussions with a focus on project-based learning. Developed three semester-long ELA Regents Prep curriculums for varying levels of English Language Learners with the goals of improving reading stamina and English vocabulary, increasing familiarity with reading comprehension and skill-based multiple choice questions, understanding appropriate structure, language, evidence and analysis needed for the argument essay and text analysis response.Conduct weekly after school tutoring sessions to offer students individualized help in preparing for the ELA Regents
