Talent management leader, with experience overseeing a recruitment team, providing organization-wide consulting to both HR leaders and divisional leadership on talent strategy, and working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure practices are consistent and compliant. My experience also includes training, career fairs, reorganizations, and coaching employees on career paths and job search preparation. Since the start of my career, I have taken great pride in providing high quality service to clients, building strong and cohesive teams, recruiting across functional areas, building diverse pipelines of talent, partnering with wonderful teams of people, and contributing to an organization that I respect and admire. In August 2021, I chose to step back and focus on more time with family. Most recently, I’ve been consulting with the NBA Talent Acquisition team.
