Serves as Coordinated Entry Expert in Local Coordinated Entry System implemented through HUD and the Balance of State. Ensure consistent and accurate flow of information between WIBOSCOC board of Directors, Local Coordinated Entry System, and coalition. Responsible for Homeless Management Information System data entry quality and reports. Ensure all participating agency and staff in Local Continua has completed all necessary training\'s and staff agreements. Provide updates on system changes to all participants in the Continua. Ensure marketing and outreach activities are occurring throughout the coalition. Ensure and after hours plan in conjunction with law enforcement and shelter providers and inform relevant stakeholders. Data entry, verification of HUD categorical criteria of homelessness and appropriateness of referrals. Conduct intake, assessment of need, compile information on social, educational, criminal, institutional, or drug history. Upon request from housing providers, provide the highest prioritized persons based on HUD criteria and the Order of Prioritization. Provide referrals to Domestic Violence, Human Services, and other mainstream and local service providers as appropriate. Responsible for data entry provided by other service providers, maintaining quality of data collection and accuracy of information. Requesting corrections and clarification as required. Keep records, prepare reports for management concerning visits with clients. Meet individuals or attend agencies to provide information on agency services. Act as Lead Expert to agency staff and other programs regarding the interpretation of program-related federal and state regulations and policies. Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies in community to meet community needs.
