Beth Hansel currently serves as the SVP of Customer Success leading and developing the Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation vertical strategies at First Advantage. Her mission is to retain and grow existing business while maximizing the customer experience for the company’s 35K+ customer base. Being a customer-obsessed and growth-driven leader has been essential to Beth’s accomplishments as a Customer Success professional. Her leadership supports organizational growth, team transformation and development, and working strategically with top clients to personally ensure their projects are well-executed.Beth is successful in providing strategic client direction, enterprise level negotiations, building and maintaining new and existing client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with integration engineers to ensure an exceptional client experience and deepened relationships.During Beth’s tenure at First Advantage, she has led multiple sessions at Collaborate, the company’s annual customer conference, in 2019, 2021, 2020, and 2022. Her sessions focused on Retail Screening and Program Optimization, WOTC, and Screening to support Diversity and Inclusion efforts. Beth’s a 2x President’s Club Winner, has driven an increase in revenue, customer retention, and her work has contributed to increasing the company\'s Customer Satisfaction score.
