About Beth Hancock

With over 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry, I am a passionate and skilled leader in organizational readiness, change management, and learning and development. I am currently an Associate Organizational Readiness Director at Parexel, a global provider of innovative solutions to accelerate the development and delivery of life-changing therapies. My mission is to enable and empower the organization and its people to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, while aligning with Parexel\'s vision, values, and strategy. In my current role, I own and drive the organizational readiness plan across a program and/or initiative, using best practices and methodologies to ensure change is successfully embedded and adopted. I partner with various stakeholders from training, human resources, quality, IT, business representatives, and subject matter experts to coordinate and execute the plan in a timely and effective manner. I also conduct stakeholder analysis, establish networks and conversations, and leverage champions and supporters to foster engagement and commitment. Additionally, I leverage my expertise and skills in organizational development, internal communications, and program management to develop and present clear, concise, and compelling messages and materials to communicate the change vision, benefits, and impacts.
