Evadx, established in 1984, has grown from a small family business specialising in small works for building contractors to a medium sized business now specialising in the structural steelwork market. Through client demand we have become a one stop shop providing the design, supply and installation of the steel frame together with the floors, stairs, glulam beams, cladding and temporary edge protection systems. We have invested heavily in automated Voortman CNC equipment which is linked to our Tekla detailing system via the StruMIS.net management system. My key responsibilities include:• Business risk appreciation & mitigation.• Ensuring that the QUENSH management system fulfils the requirements of the standard / s.• Ensuring that processes are delivering the desired and planned outputs.• Promotion of customer focus throughout the business.• Ensuring QUENSH management system integrity is maintained when changes to the business are planned & undertaken.
