About Beth Graham

I have been fortunate to work for highly-respected affordable housing development organizations. I have been directly responsible for the development of numerous affordable housing projects, including permanent supportive housing, lease-purchase, preservation and other family and senior housing projects. I have been responsible for fundraising, strategic planning, community organizing and supportive services programs, and staff supervision. I spent a year at the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development working on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program in Ohio. I am currently with Enterprise. Previously, I helped lead the Housing First Initiative. Currently, I am an underwriter with Enterprise\'s northeast region syndication team. My long-term goals are to continue to be a part of the affordable housing industry and to help low and moderate income people have the opportunity for a good life. Specialties: Housing development finance, social service programming, community development and organizing, neighborhood planning, grantwriting, and program administration.

   Joseph\'s Home is the only Northeast Ohio service provider focused on providing medical respite to those experiencing homelessness. Medical respite programs serve people who are ready to be discharged from a hospital but are too frail to recover on the streets or in traditional shelters. The goal of respite care is to stabilize homeless patients’ medical conditions so they can transition safely to self care, ongoing primary care and permanent housing.
