I am a Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of a Multi-Family Residential communities including Class \"A\" and “B” portfolios,(Mid-rise/High-rise communities). In my experience, I have grown from a Community Manager to leading a portfolio of team associates for the past 10 years. I am familiar with the MFTE program with the City of Seattle and the reporting expectations. I am driven and motivated to learn and teach as much as I can, as our technology and operational platforms are continuously evolving to meet the demands of our market.
