I led the Digital Marketing team for the United States Postal Service and have extensive experience working directly with consumers as well as business customers, through both the retail and digital channels. I was responsible for the strategy, day-to-day operations, brand marketing and customer experience for USPS.com. While under her guidance USPS.com has become one of the most visited government agency sites, growing to more than 3 million visits a day and over $1B in annual revenue. Customer satisfaction has always been at the core of my many Postal positions, which includes stints as Postmaster and Consumer Affairs manager. Her digital career began with her 2002 launch of USPS’ web-based shipping application, Click-N-Ship, the largest revenue producing application on USPS.com. I have always brought a focus on continual improvement of the customer experience through innovation and data to USPS’ many digital touch points. In the last couple of years I redesigned USPS.com to streamline the customers’ navigation, re-engineer technical support elements and optimize the site for mobile devices. Just prior to my retirement from USPS the end of June, I launched a new USPS Digital Style Guide that is designed to ensure customers a friction-free journey across the site and it’s 28+ applications, and all USPS digital properties.
