ABOUT BETH CULSHAW

Bethany has over a decade of experience within the childcare sector with outstanding professional development in safeguarding and development of young people. Bethany has over 6 years of management experience working at various centres across the Northwest of England. In this time, Bethany has learned to work well under pressure ensuring time sensitive deadlines are achieved through collaborating effectively with all stakeholders via a supportive result driven action. Bethany has a high skill set in technology enhanced tracking systems; previously implementing and working in a paperless children’s home. Additionally, Bethany has experience with family support and administrative responsibilities. Bethany prides herself in effective stakeholder relationships with local authoritarians specialising in child protection and the effective management of barriers to progress, and how this can be addressed in a proactive manner with staff members & parents, guardians and carers Bethany has substantial training in identifying risks factors, triggers whilst mapping all actions against up-to-date safeguarding procedures, and legalisations whilst target setting behaviour management interventions using a therapeutic approach.
