As Programme Manager for the Children and Young People (CYP) Mental Health portfolio at Barnardo’s, I oversee a range of programmes aimed at improving the mental health and well-being of babies, children, and young people across the UK. My role focuses on managing and delivering impactful mental health initiatives, with a specific emphasis on digital mental health solutions.Key Responsibilities:Managing Mental Health Programmes: Lead and manage a portfolio of mental health programmes designed to support the mental health of young people, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Digital Mental Health Innovation: Spearheading the development and implementation of digital mental health initiatives, building partnerships with technology providers to enhance access to support for children and young people in need.Partnership Development: Building and maintaining key partnerships with national stakeholders, including public sector organisations, charities, and private partners, to drive collaborative programme delivery and maximise impact.Programme Planning & Delivery: Overseeing the planning and execution of programmes, ensuring alignment with Barnardo’s strategic objectives and national mental health priorities.Bidding & Funding Support: Supporting the submission of national bids and funding opportunities to expand and sustain Barnardo’s mental health initiatives.National Advocacy: Working across the organisation to support Barnardo\'s Health initiatives, advocating for policies and solutions that improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously assessing the progress and impact of programmes, providing data-driven insights and regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
