Responsibilities included generation and distribution of quarterly reports regarding performance of the funds and assets within the funds, hosting investor meetings to review fund and asset performance, managing the review of asset level and fund level tax return review and distribution to investors, and handle all special requests and inquiries from investors. Fund Origination and Management: Financial modeling and documenting new debt funds and updating financial models based on actual performance of the loans in the funds.
