As EwingCole’s Director of Human Resources, I act as a strategic partner and proponent for the company and for our employees. I plan, direct, and manage Human Resources initiatives, including recruitment, diversity and inclusion, development and training, and employee relations. I advise on organizational climate, change management, and employee engagement. Beyond meeting state and federal laws, I ensure that programs are consistently administered and aligned with EwingCole’s goals. I drive the development and execution of employee communication plans that support our business strategy. Finally, I work to develop and connect EwingCole’s “employer brand” to strategies that support our employees throughout their careers – from on-boarding materials to amplifying the importance of education and development programs.
