One of my passions while raising a family and working in the pharmaceutical industry was glass arts. I have been involved in stained glass [both foil and lead], fusing, gilding, and mosaics. I now have the opportunity to apply my training background to my lifelong passion. I have in depth exerpience in Clinical Compliance, Risk, Process and Project Management and am available to provide process development, SOP project management and technical writing, GCP inspection readiness, risk management and compliance support for clinical trials across departments and phases. I have over 30 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, specializing in training, documentation, process development and refinement, vendor management, compliance and standards, project management, operational excellence, and strategic planning.Some of my key accomplishments include leading inspection preparation activities, the biennial process for Clinical Data Management / Biometrics, and CAPAs Lead, developing and deploying the vendor oversight framework and template, acting as the audit administrator for the clinical operations CRO partner, and supporting clinical study teams in the compliance and quality space.O
