Summary: Education is the great equalizer of society and I tell the story of the life changing impact donations have on our students, their families, faculty, and campus experiences. Creatively steward donors for the generosity in sharing their resources. Utilize different mediums to personally share gratitude with some of the largest donors to Skidmore College.• Skilled relationship builder with the College’s top donors, campus partners, students, faculty, and advancement staff.• Effectively steward donors at all levels, major gift and Skidmore Fund, by sharing the life changing and engaging opportunities our supporters help create. Coached student recipients in connecting with individual donors that has led to additional six figure giving. • Manage a variety of creative stewardship pieces; from virtual to video and hard copy; that highlight the direct impact of generous donor support. Utilize strong project management skills while working with various partners across campus.• Work with students to creatively communicate gratitude to donors and share their stories of the experiences they have benefitted from in fun and meaningful ways.• Pivoted to lead the charge to change endowed fund reporting structure to secure and electronic delivery through an outside vendor during COVID-19 out of necessity, which created a much more streamlined process.• Curate creative one-of-a-kind scholarship events, dedications, and naming ceremonies that strike the right tone to properly steward lead donors, making them feel the impact of their own special gifts.
