A senior leader within the Global Leadership development team responsible for the thought leadership, design and implementation globally of our leadership development portfolio to grow great leaders for purpose and performance, in Unilever globally, our business ecosystem, and beyond. I lead Executive Leadership Development for our C suite Leaders. I run the flagship Leadership Development Program for our top leaders and partner Beauty & Wellbeing end to end on People Development.\\\\n\\\\nI am a Designer: I design and implementation of strategic leadership programmes across all levels of the organisation (established C Suite leadership development practice, learning needs analysis to diagnose and design flagship senior leadership programmes)\\\\n\\\\nI am a change maker: I design and lead the development of our leaders accross Beauty & Wellbeing during a period of significant transformation.\\\\n\\\\nI am an assessment guru: I use industry leading assessments to develop and design relevant interventions for our leaders.\\\\n\\\\nI am an integrator : Unlocking business growth and performance through deep understanding of business needs and developing and bringing to life development solutions through an integrated and coherent approach – in a way that makes sense to the business, the team and the learner\\\\n\\\\nI am thought partner: working with and managing high budget contracts, and strategic external partnerships including a range of external leadership design, delivery and service delivery partners.\\\\n\\\\nI am a coach to senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and my wonderful team\\\\n\\\\n\\\\nI am facilitator and speaker and a \'go to\' partner for diagnosing and coaching on integrated leadership journeys\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
