I\'m experienced in training and delivery of learning programs and employee onboarding. I\'m skilled in instructional design, program management, meeting and team building facilitation, developing and conducting presentations, and building business relationships. I\'ve used both Microsoft Office and the Google suite of products to create presentations and training documents for my classes and programs. I received a Bachelor\'s degree focused in Communications from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a major in Organizational Development & a minor in Interpersonal Communication. I also completed the Train the Trainer program through the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee Continuing Education Program. I\'m passionate about employee development, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment to support organizational effectiveness and growth.
