ABOUT BETH ANDREOLI

With over 25 years of professional experience, I have a passion for helping people. I have a BS in Administration of Justice, was a caseworker for Children and Youth, and worked in the insurance industry (private and public sector ) for 17 years. My true passion was ignited through lean training where employees are empowered and needs of the residents/ customers are addressed in a meaningful way. The theory of employee empowerment needs to move to action. Many workplace environments are not cultivated to ensure a psychologically safe place for employees to bring their best selves to work. In my Governor’s office role, I focused on “underutilized talent/ waste of human potential “ by engaging with employees across the commonwealth at all levels of the organization to enter into brave conversations about the real culture issues that may exist. Without getting to the root cause of disengagement, we will continue to struggle with innovation efforts. In my current role, I am helping to lead a team of insurance professionals who investigate claims made against the commonwealth. We work together to identify ways to improve customer experience, engage stakeholders, and foster a collaborative workplace.
