Executes and collaborates, in partnership with the Senior Director of Engagement and Experience, on communication for programs, policies, and guidelines to attract, retain and grow a highly skilled and multi-talented workforce- Provides thought leadership to enhance the Company’s employer brand as a great place to work by developing and managing strategic alliances with talent partnerships to foster an inclusive Company culture- Maintains project plans, collaborates on communications, proactively identifies, and addresses project risks and opportunities as well as determines alternative ways to achieve project/program goals- Develops and measures success criteria to assess value impact to include but not limited to talent acquisition, development, engagement, inclusion, and retention- Serves as an advisor to our Executives, Leadership Group, Human Resources Leadership Team, and other HR colleagues, partnering across the enterprise on areas such as engagement, pipeline recruiting, and talent development- Partners with the Talent Development team to create internal education programs and training opportunities- Develops, establishes, and cultivates the Company’s position and structure for employee resource groups that aligns to the business strategy and leads initiatives/programs with reporting metrics and mechanism(s) to monitor and assess effectiveness.
