Over the last 15 years, I have- Been lucky enough to work with a vast range of really interesting companies - from leading brands to FTSE 100ds to SMEs and startups in the UK and US- Run international account management in the travel retail sector- helping leading airlines optimise product mix, manage stock, implement digital payment and save fuel burn through smart tech (clients included: British Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, Qantas, SouthAfrican Airways, and Virgin Atlantic)- Worked as a consultant in California with a tech start up, helping build strategic partnerships and form growth strategy- Worked with XPO Logistics, JagLandRover, Legal and General, Specsavers and British Gymnastics, helping them increase revenue through digitising their businesses, increasing engagement and driving efficiencies. What I\'ve learnt? It\'s all about open communication, genuine collaboration and your ability to adapt to change! Now, I am CXO at Founder + Lightning– taking startup knowledge and thinking back into the corporate world. Founder and Lightning’s story- Built over 30 companies in the last 8 years- Portfolio valuation £100m +- Building an ecosystem of great founders, partners and investors. We- Work with corporates to help them think, act and innovate like startups- Invest in tech companies built by non-technical founders- We build our own ventures - mainly in b2b SaaS- We’re always on the lookout for ideas and partners to join forces with.
