Providing superior customer service to all internal and external partners- Closeout (COP) specialist: Interacting with Internal Construction Managers (CMs) and COP Vendors and General Contractors (GCs) to assure a timely deliverable for Crown Castle- Processing Telecommunication applications from the major carriers in the USA and Orders for all customers, Ordering Structural Analysis Reports, and validating the data integrity of our towers- Processing Punch Walks (PW), Ground Base Inspection (GBI), and Tower Inspection Audit (TIA) tasks through an internal Work Order System (WO)- Submitting Service Requests (SR) for Telecommunication Towers Mappings- Submitting WOs for Structural Analysis (SA) to determine the structural capacity of the Towers- Creating Microsoft Excel-based tools for process improvement for the Data Integrity Team.
