DEVOPS ENGINEER FUNCTIONAL ANALYST & SCRUM MASTERCustomer Channels Applications – Crelan Bank | 06/2022 – PresentAs a DevOps Functional Analyst and Scrum Master, I manage the myCrelan home banking platform during the AXA Bank merger and continue to support it post-migration. I maintain and enhance core functionalities such as payments, cards, and investments, and drive the implementation of new features including Instant Payments, Visa Debit, and legacy code migration. On the front end, I coordinate Crelan rebranding and UX/UI improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience. I facilitate Agile practices and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous platform evolution.Responsibilities – Functional Analyst:• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional (FIS) and technical specifications (TIS).• Design and model data structures, API interfaces, and object models using UML.• Support the development lifecycle with functional documentation, API specifications, and database schemas.• Create wireframes and GUI designs in collaboration with UX designers and front-end developers.• Coordinate testing by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.• Lead developers within the Scrum framework, owning technical user stories.• Facilitate refinements, demos, and retrospectives with stakeholders.• Monitor sprint progress, quality, and risks within DevOps practices.• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and methodologies.• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production issues.Responsibilities – Scrum Master:• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure clear team communication.• Remove blockers to keep the team’s workflow running smoothly.• Coach the team in Agile and Scrum practices.• Coordinate external dependencies and align with other teams.• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure transparent communication on progress and issues.
