I have a strong background in HR and recruitment, having worked as a contractor, an owner, and an associate recruiter for various industries, such as e-commerce, information technology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. I have developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies, conducted onboarding and training, and collaborated with unions and universities. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas, which helps me understand the human behavior and motivation behind talent acquisition and development.
