With over nine years of experience in loan syndication and 14 years in banking, I am a seasoned and result-driven banker who can structure, price, underwrite, and distribute corporate syndicated loans for a wide range of clients and sectors across the investment grade and non investment grade universe. I have a strong credit background and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the market dynamics.As part of the Loan Syndicate - Primary Markets team at BNP Paribas, I am in charge of the bank\'s core domestic markets (France and Italy) and also have a strong involvement in the Spanish, UK and Belgian markets for some more challenging situations. I have contributed to a number of high-profile transactions across the credit spectrum by successfully syndicating ca. 100 deals over the last five years, of which 50% were underwritten for event-driven transactions, such as acquisitions, IPOs, spin offs, dividend recaps etc. My mission is to deliver optimal solutions for our clients and the bank, while maintaining strong relationships with investors and market participants.
