About Roberto Molinari

I\'m a strong engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in software, across various technologies and areas. I have experience growing, leading and supporting engineering teams to build high quality solutions to challenging technical problems. I\'ve been in a leadership position, either technical or managerial or both, on most projects I\'ve worked on in my career with 15+ years of people management experience. I\'m currently working at Microsoft on networking infrastructure technology to support the integration of mission critical, enterprise workloads with the public cloud. The team works with partners across Azure and partner companies to bring demanding, specialized workloads into the cloud. In the past, I\'ve worked on an internet scale service that supports Bing, Office, Windows Update and other online properties, managing a team that develops, tests and operates a mission critical service for some of the top internet sites (per Alexa\'s rankings).
