With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, I currently serve as Lead Software Engineer at TriumphPay, a leading payments network for brokers and carriers in the transportation industry. In this role, I design and implement scalable, efficient systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline payment processes and improve user experience.Prior to TriumphPay, I held various leadership roles, including Director of Software Engineering at Litmus, where I managed the infrastructure of the flagship product, Email Previews, and led a distributed team of engineers across the UK and the US. My expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), has been integral in scaling and optimizing complex systems. I also have extensive experience as a senior software engineer and team lead at IBM, contributing to impactful projects such as IBM Notes Traveler Server, LotusLive Meetings, and WebSphere Everyplace Access.Academically, I hold a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
