ABOUT BERTIE PARADISE

Bertie is passionate working with the UK Government and Public Sector supporting these organisations in the design, mobilisation and delivery of change and transformation programmes to solve their critical challenges. Currently Bertie is- Leading a large multi-disciplinary team supporting a 3-year change programme in Ministry of Justice / HMPPS- EY\'s Client Services Director for the Ministry of Justice (UK) Bertie has a successful record of supporting clients on their journeys from vision and strategy right through the delivery lifecycle to enable tangible and long-term outcomes and value. He is passionate about the people he works with and alongside, supporting them to grow, develop and flourish in their careers. He builds communities and teams based on aligned goals, trust and openness; where everyone has a voice and can thrive.Bertie harnesses his Dyslexia to help resolve complex problems by ‘joining the dots’ and building relationships based on empathy and trust. He loves the outdoors, countryside and nature; he promotes work-life balance and wellness through running, cycling, swimming and rowing!
