I am an emerging Urban Designer with a background in Economics, Geography, Transportation Planning and Real Estate Development with specialization in Multimodal and Active Transportation, and Land-use Planning. My interest lies in applying Geospatial analysis and data driven approaches to support comprehensive planning, zoning and development review, active transportation plans, and neighborhood- and corridor-scale planning initiatives.I have experience conducting applied research, developing analytical maps, evaluating development and parking strategies, and assessing the transportation and land-use implications of real estate projects. I work with data related to land use, mobility, and the built environment to inform planning decisions that promote safety, accessibility, economic viability, and community needs.
