SweetHart Entertainment is an Innovative company that Improves Company Culture through Entertainment Options. First question - What the heck does that mean? It means we do the following- Company Culture Programs that assess your current culture, give it a score, and create a road map towards improving that score with quarterly goals- Soft Skills Seminars that assure you\'re investing in your employees, which not only improves their efficiency, but helps them engage with your company on a higher level - Power Hours to help your team recharge with a fun, interactive event that typically turns into a networking event, all while your team is engaging with your company- Teamwork and Motivational Seminars that help your team come together as more of a family with a combined goal in mind, and gives them added motivation to crush their goals- Corporate Entertainment to assure that your events won\'t be a slide-reading snooze-fest, and make sure that your employees are bragging about the company to their friends- Fundraising Shows for Nonprofits & Churches, so that your Fundraising goals get met while everyone at your event enjoys a night (or day) of fun Entertainment- Content Creation that helps spread laughter & positivity throughout our Community to ensure we\'re leaving our Community a better place, and hopefully improving lives in the process! My role is to make all of these things possible! It\'s a lot, but I love the challenge, and I\'m excited to see what kind of impact SweetHart Entertainment can make. I truly hope my role will add value to peoples\' lives, both professionally and personally, so if I\'m doing my job well, that\'s the impact you\'ll see!
