Provide, analytical, operational, and technical expertise to support the Marine CorpsCapabilities Based Assessment (MC CBA) Branch, Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Integration Division (MID), Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), Deputy Commandant Combat Development and Integration (DC CD & I) in the development of annual MC CBA products in support of the Planning process of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Marine Corps budget development process and POM build support documents. Analyzes strategic level guidance documents, such as the Quadrennial Defense Review, Service-level guidance, and capability concept employment documents to translate and manage performance development and impacts to current programs and capabilities. Mastery of advanced leadership and team management, organizational management, principles and practices with a comprehensive knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes. Project management duties entailed establishing and managing teams, translating high-level guidance into actionable tasks, and monitoring and reporting the progress of the team to complete objectives and milestones. Developed and managed multiple plans of actions and milestones in conjunction with monitoring the progress and accomplishments of multipleplanning teams in multiple expeditionary operational planning endeavors for POM-18 and POM-19 budget build. Daily contacts include interaction with senior Service-level budgeting personnel and officers, high ranking personnel in other government agencies, high ranking civilian and service members, and process and policy senior leaders.
