As the owner of the new Realty ONE Group Brokerage in Bozeman, Bert has been a real estate professional since September During those years he has built a powerful network of relationships and friendships with clients, lenders, builders, and developers in the Gallatin Valley. Bert enjoys the daily adventure of following the market trends, the latest inventory, and coming soon properties covering residential, land, and commercial real estate. Since graduating from Montana State University in Bozeman, Bert has taken the tools learned from his Business Finance/Marketing degree to market and successfully sell out multiple phases in The Club at Spanish Peaks and Black Bull Golf Community. Bert partnered with Bryan Atwell to open the new Realty ONE Group Peak, a national real estate company in the end of 2020. The national networking and the technology Realty ONE Group provides, gives him the ability to have professional internet presents and the tools needed to market real estate. Whether a buyer is looking to purchase their first home, find the perfect property to build their dream house, or an investment property, Bert will search the valley and use all of his local networking resources to find that property. As a listing agent, he utilizes his marketing support of Realty ONE Group to be sure a property is marketed to the best qualified buyers. Bert’s buyers and sellers continue to work with him because they know he will keep their best interests in mind. Married with two young children, Bert and his wife Dana both grew up in mountain towns and have chosen Bozeman as the best place to raise their family and enjoy the Montana lifestyle. In the winter, they love skiing at Bridger/Big Sky with family and friends. In the summer they make sure and take advantage of the mountain biking and hiking trails and rafting the Gallatin and Madison rivers.
