I lead the development of community benefit and shared ownership initiatives within Vattenfall UK\'s Onshore Wind department. By adopting a community growth approach, I collaborate across various business units and departments to foster strong stakeholder engagement, building trust and positive relationships with the community.I oversee the lifecycle of major infrastructure projects, from development, through construction to delivery - particularly with regards to community and public communications. This involves co-creating, supporting, and working with multi-disciplinary teams and the community to establish robust, long-term arrangements for expenditure, delivery, and reporting. My responsibilities also include strategic communications, social value assessments, and educational initiatives; Developing and implementing robust governance procedures in conjunction with communities. Carrying out profiling for the regions where Vattenfall works, including researching and maintaining a good awareness of good practice, policy and guidance in the community development and investment field to support the development of effective community investment programs.
