Responsible for concept to market product development of three phase inverter for E-mobility solution.• Designed 150kW, 230kW, 460kW three phase inverter designs for commercial & passenger vehicles so on.• Optimal component identification of IGBT/ Sic-Mosfets / GaN based power modules selection, MCU, gatedrivers, current sensors, Voltage regulators, signal conditioning ICs.• PWM ICs, LDOs, TVS Diodes, Comparator, Buers, Logic gates, Power converter magnetics.• Especially designed a cost-effective power module temperature sensing circuit, PCB temperature sensingcircuits, Foko Temperature sensing circuits, Coolant Temperature sensing circuits, E-machine TemperatureSensing circuits which all meets up the customer requirements with acceptable better accuracy.• Acting as a critical resource on team handling, Guiding,Mentoring etc,• Working as a FMEDA moderator for the E-Vehicle inverter, running a VARO / Verdi level test case, makingof schematic sketch, component selection, Design specification creation with worst case analysis,Requirements Management on DOORS, Test specification creation and performing testing activity to ensurethe functionality of the Inverter.• Analog Design and simulation of electronic circuitry for hall sensors, NTC temperature sensors, phasecurrent sensors, DC bus voltage sensors, gate driving unit.• Pin configuration of MCU specifically TI series and Infineon SAK series.• Documentation of design, hardware architecture, requirements, FuSa w.r.t.
