Bern has over 30 years of Investment and Wealth Management experience. Shortly after graduating from University of Richmond, he started with a small trading firm in downtown Richmond VA. In 1993, He spearheaded the creation and development of Union Investment Services, formerly part of Union Bank & Trust.
