I\'m a mental health educator, public health practitioner, and above all, an activist who has spent over a decade in advocacy for the mental health and well-being of all.I am on the founding team of Mind Share Partners—a national mental health advocacy nonprofit focused on the workforce and workplace. I helped establish its Client Services practice and now serve as their Movement Building and Research Lead overseeing its research, media, and advocacy efforts.Our national polls have been cited by the CDC, Economist, and U.S. Surgeon General, and my perspectives have been published in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, HR Dive, and more. I deliver keynotes and presentations, and have consulted global and national employers like Syneos Health, TJX, and PGIM.My work in mental health goes beyond awareness, self-care, the latest meditation app, or even therapy.
