Bernie Leung is an innovative, luxury realtor in Silicon Valley with over $250M in career sales. Over the past decade, he has pioneered a design-driven approach to real estate marketing and consistently ranks in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide (RealTrends/Wall Street Journal).Defying convention, Bernie has assembled a team of A-list creatives to tell the story of each home at the highest level and to the widest audience imaginable. This powerhouse collective includes the design agency behind iconic brands like Apple, Nike, Netflix, and Dwell Magazine; an award-winning filmmaker who brings the same cameras and equipment used in feature films; a renowned architectural photographer featured in Dwell and Interior Design Magazine; celebrity stager Meredith Baer; a published interior designer featured in Luxe Magazine; and a veteran brand writer. All of this talent and experience are leveraged in the service of one singular aim: to make your home an object of desire. A graduate of Stanford’s Influence and Negotiation Strategies and Harvard’s Negotiation & Leadership Programs, Bernie is known for consistently securing his clients an upper hand in negotiations. Bernie earned his B.S in Finance from Menlo College in Atherton and blends intricate, local market knowledge with a highly analytical background. Prior to founding his own practice, Bernie was a senior top-producing agent on the nation’s #1 real estate team with over $850M in sales volume as ranked by The Wall Street Journal (2019). Bernie serves as an Event Organizer for Silicon Valley Startup: Idea to IPO - a member Meetup community dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with the knowledge, guidance tools, and connections they need to succeed. He is also Co-founder & Co-CEO of the Innovators Forum, which brought together 25+ startups, angel investors, and leading keynote speakers. In his past life, Bernie spent 4 years in the accounting world honing his financial acumen.
