   Lead and mature data governance practices by defining standards for metadata, data ownership, classification, lineage, and privacy controls to ensure data is trustworthy, compliant, and AI‑ready across NBS- Own and advance the metadata ecosystem (Atlan) by assessing current-state gaps, improving adoption, defining minimum metadata requirements, and driving large-scale asset updates and quality improvements- Partner with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams (e.g, Snowflake, Power BI) to align governance with technical implementation, including PII/data classification tagging and data contracts- Translate governance strategy into actionable execution plans by identifying risks and gaps, prioritizing initiatives, and producing clear recommendations, roadmaps, and outcomes tied to OKRs and reporting cycles- Act as a stakeholder-facing leader by facilitating governance forums, standups, and working sessions; enabling shared understanding of data products, domains, and responsibilities across teams.
