I am a seasoned financial services professional with over 12 years of cross functional experience spanning across global markets securities operations, post-trade reconciliation & controls and client middle office functions including end to end middle office workflow optimisation and strategic change management. Most recently, I served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where I led high-performing teams responsible for post-trade reconciliations and controls frameworks across Synthetics, Equity Derivatives, Futures & Options, and Fixed Income products.My career has been shaped by a strong focus on operational resilience, client service excellence, and regulatory alignment, particularly in complex and high-volume trading environments. My broader industry expertise includes performing client centric roles in managing Equities post-trade client middle office functions across a range of platforms such as Omgeo CTM (DTCC), Bloomberg, Triana whilst supporting configuration of clients on electronic trading platforms via Aladdin, and Instinet. I have also led strategic projects across client lifecycle management, regulatory implementation (MiFID II), settlement cycle changes, enhancement of IPO and Follow On (FO) middle office workflow and operational risk mitigation. I have consistently sought to deliver solutions that are not only operationally sound, but also strategically insightful and cost efficient, bridging the gap between regulatory precision and scalable client service excellence.With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Christ University, Bangalore, I bring both a strong academic foundation and a pragmatic leadership style, with a proven ability to serve clients and lead complex organizational workflow initiatives that balance operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and client service excellence across global markets.
