   Provide program management support to IFC Partnership for Cleaner Textiles (PaCT) program working to decarbonize the supply chain of global apparel brands.• Support globally distributed, multi-disciplinary teams to execute PaCT program’s “Cleaner Production Assessment” for 50 key strategic suppliers of Levi Strauss & Company’s (LS & Co) in 12 countries. • Assist IFC home office and country staff with general administrative support, including onboarding, research, development of communications materials, preparation for meetings/presentations, leading external and internal meetings, meeting action item follow up, and limited technical assistance. • Oversee knowledge management in Microsoft Office and MS SharePoint for IFC’s PaCT program, including leading reporting obligations for multiple areas, including client sustainability investment data, and climate and water impact targets and results data.• Support PaCT Global team to prepare annual donor reports and semi-annual project status reports.• Act as PaCT program internal point of contact to IFC Global Trade Supplier Finance program, Gender Equality and Returns program, and the Marketing and Communications Team.• Procurement tasks including review and scoring evaluation as part of IFC’s, Manufacturing & Agribusiness Services Advisory.• Lead special projects as identified by Senior Energy Specialist/PaCT Global Team Lead, such as development of case studies, and LS & Co’s Annual Supplier Sustainability Roadmap Review.• Coordinate IFC budgeting, resourcing, and serve as primary point of contact for LS & Co Annual Supplier Sustainability Roadmap Review.• Act as liaison to LS & Co Annual Supplier Sustainability Roadmap development team.• Serve as PaCT administrative point of contact for LS & Co’s Sustainability Acceleration Team, including development and maintenance of shared data trackers.
