About Bernhard Kohlmeier
In the same way as AI is the future of software, ethics and responsible technology is needed to keep our users safe from harm. In my last role as Partner Group Program Manager in Microsoft Office and the Responsible AI Program Office for the Experiences and Devices Division, I was working on Responsible Technology and AI powered Microsoft Search experiences. I am passionate about Information Retrieval, connecting users with the Knowledge of the enterprise and the world as well as applying AI to real world productivity scenarios. My portfolio includes Microsoft Search in the Office applications, including several knowledge and content reuse features. I am also extremely excited about the impact RAI has on the future of software. Educating others about mental health in the workplace and supporting neurodiverse employees and their managers, especially in a hybrid work environment in one of my passions.
